Soon after getting started in residential building, owner Chuck Lattif knew it was the career for him. Working for a few national builders, he absorbed all he could before opening his own custom homebuilding company in 1995. As his business grew, so did his reputation for excellence and, in 2013, he became an AR Homes franchisee.

Over the years, prominent residents and politicians put their trust in Chuck’s team, including the home of President Joseph R. Biden which Chuck built.  The results—and awards—are exceptional: Prism Award, Best Model Home over $1.5 million 2015, Best Custom Home over 6,000 square feet by the MLBA in Pennsylvania and others.

Coastal Premier Homes builds primarily in Charleston, Berkley and Dorchester counties. Chuck is proud to be President of the Daniel Island Business Association.
